SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Poland.

We usually dispatch within 1–2 business days, though occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once it’s on the way.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase, as it will be required to process the return.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or products due to limited stock availability.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit. Once your return reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund as quickly as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders typically take 3–10 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Expedited options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Please note that all international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by your country at the time of delivery. These costs cannot be calculated at checkout and will vary depending on local regulations.
If you refuse delivery of a package, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any return fees incurred by the courier. At this time, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for international orders.
